How To Prepare For Your Session

To get the most out of this experience, here are a few gentle reminders:

Set Up Your Tech

✔If possible, use a laptop or computer for stability.
✔ If using a phone, place it on a stand or prop it up to remain hands-free.
✔ Ensure your device is fully charged or plugged into a power source.
✔ Download Zoom (if you haven’t already) and test it on your device.
✔ Check your internet connection to ensure a smooth experience.
✔ Charge your device and make sure both video and audio are working.

Choose a Comfortable Space

✔ Your session runs for 90 minutes, so find a spot where you can fully relax.
✔ Choose a quiet space where you can sit or lie down comfortably.
✔ Minimize distractions—silence notifications and let those around you know you’ll be unavailable.

✔ Log on 5 minutes early to settle in before we begin.
